Bandhan Bank, a private lender, issued a business update for the three months ended June quarter and fiscal year 2022-23 on Friday, according to a regulatory filing.
During the quarter under review, the bank’s net profit increased by 137 percent to 886.5 crore. In the previous quarter, the bank had a net loss of 373.1 crore.
Total advances increased by 20.3 percent to 96,649.7 crore on 30 June 2022, compared to 80,357 crore in the same quarter last year.
The gross non-performing assets (GNPA) ratio improved to 7.25 percent on June 30, 2022, from 8.18 percent on June 30, 2021.
Total deposits increased by 20.3 percent year on year in the April-June quarter, to 77,336 crore.

- The loan portfolio (on book + off book + TLTRO + PTC) increased by 20.3 percent year on year.
- CASA increased by 21.1 percent year on year; CASA ratio increased by 43.2 percent year on year to 42.9 percent.
