The candidates who wish to apply for these posts must have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. They must also have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC. The candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic record, teaching experience, research publications and performance in the interview. The pay scale and age limit for these posts are as per the University Grants Commission norms.
