Eddie Deezen, the 'Grease' actor, was found incompetent to stand trial.

Due to a mental disorder, actor Eddie Deezen is reportedly not competent to stand trial for allegedly burglarizing a nursing home.

According to TMZ, the actor, who played Eugene Felsnic in the "Grease" musical films

and Eddie in the 1980s sitcom "Punkie Brewster," has also been transferred to the Maryland Department of Health for treatment.

According to the commitment order, the 65-year-old Maryland resident is a danger to himself

and others and will remain under the health department's care until the court determines he no longer poses a threat.

Representatives for Deezen and the Department of Health did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Times on Monday.
